You'll no longer have to scramble to find your crampons – the zipped crampon pocket sits at the lower side and can be accessed while you’re still wearing the backpack. The webbing hip belt takes the weight off your shoulders and the removable helmet carry attaches to the front of the pack for easy access. There's also a dedicated quick-access avalanche-tool pocket with space for a shovel and probe, as well as a rope and ice-axe carry. And don't worry about having to rummage around the bottom of your bag to find what you're looking for; rear access means you can find everything you need with lightning speed.
