The weight mentioned above results from the combination of size and weight (volumetric system). If the volumetric weight of the shipment is greater than the actual (cases with light weight but big size), the charge is based on the volumetric weight and is calculated by multiplying the three dimensions of the parcel and dividing by 5.000.
Volumetric Weight (in kg) = (length) x (width) x (height) in cm: 5.000.

Delivery of products
Place your order until 13:00 Monday to Friday, and the store will send your order within 24 hours, in Athens, Thessaloniki and Patras, within 48 hours in mainland Greece and Crete (in the prefecture capitals) and within 72 hours in islands, if the products you have ordered are available.
In case you want to receive your order faster, can we send via EXPRESS courier with your surcharge. These deadlines do not apply in periods of extreme weather or strikes, and in any event of force majeure, which could affect their transfer times.
We also inform you that, if during the receipt of your order, you find that the package is opened / or broken, do not receive the product from the courier just call us to inform us about the case.
Delayed Delivery Cases
