A streamlined take on a classic freestyle snowboard, the Medium is the perfect intersection of refinement and high performance. The concept of the Medium came from the mind of Jake Kuzyk himself. A true snowboarder’s snowboarder, Jake is understated, meticulous, and incredibly hard working, and our engineers set out to mirror those distinctive traits when creating the Medium. Through a few revisions, we worked with Jake to find the perfect combination of a classic outline, a snappy core, and an overall nimble feel - and out came the Medium. A sintered base, snappy trim-blend core, Carbon DarkWeb™, and an bombproof Inked Glass™ topsheet all work together to create a premium twin-tip that packs a bunch of power and can take on on any task.

Shape :   This snowboard comes in a True Twin Shape. Tip and tail are of equal length and width combined with a centred radial sidecut. The snowboard rides equally well in both directions.

Twin Camber Baseline™ – A versatile twin rocker design built to take on any freestyle line. Just enough rise in the tip and tail to create a loose, buttery feel while maintaining instant response and pop.
Core :  BAP Core - We've blended three species of renewable timber to assemble a core that's strong, lightweight, and designed to enhance dampening without the addition of other materials.
Construction : Ollie Bar – The Ollie Bar is a totally new approach to adding pop to a snowboard. Built in a pre-loaded cambered shape, it solves the concern that rockered boards don't have the pop that cambered boards have. Strong ollies and pressing power don't come from the tail alone. The backbone center section is actually more critical for smooth, even pressure. You have to try it to believe the pop.
Triaxial Glass – A glass laminate with diagonal layers that adds torsional stiffness for increased stability and improved edge hold. The fibers three layers are woven at 45, 45 and 0 degrees. This makes for a more responsive ride longitudinally and torsionally.
Carbon DarkWeb™ – A carbon fiber lay-up that adds energy transfer and stability, speeding up edge-to-edge transitions and keeping you in control in times of need.
Sidewalls : Hybritech™ – Hybritech™ is the most efficient way to make a snowboard without sacrificing one ounce of performance. Featuring sidewalls along the running surface that flow into the nose and tail, providing low swing-weight while extending the wood core all the way to the tip of the board for optimized turning initiation and durability.
Flex : Flex Rating – Medium 3 (1 Soft - 5 Stiff) - A medium flex ensures precise response, yet with enough flex to butter and jib.
Base : Sintered 4000 – K2's sintered 4000 base absorbs wax deep into the material for relentless glide and unrivaled durability. The best choice for powder
