The Bottle Rocket is a freestyle oriented true twin snowboard featuring our Rocker Profile shape--flat in between the bindings with the perfect amount of rocker outside the bindings--to mix it up on rails, jumps, and snaking side hit runs through the trees. Volume Shift™ design moves surface area from the length of the board to the waist so you can ride a slightly shorter board for quicker rotations and less toe and heel drag. The heart of the Bottle Rocket is an all-wood, tri-blend BAP Core that squashes vibration while giving the board snap and liveliness at all speeds. There is no shortage of carbon reinforcement on this firecracker either: OllieBar™ in between the bindings for big pop and rebound, TorqueFork™ for quick board response, and ICG™ 20 Triax Fiberglass with tip-to-tail carbon stringers for stability and edge control on fast in-runs and popping off lips. Tweekend™ design in the nose and tail of the board creates a press zone that maximizes the contact area with the snow, rail, or feature for unmatched control, and the Sintered 4000 base is fast, resilient, and soaks up wax to make sure you get up to speed on the big jump line.

Construction : ICG™ Carbon Glass – Integrating tip-to-tail carbon fiber stringers into fiberglass lay-ups ensures a smooth power release in and out of turns while increasing pop, liveliness, and longevity of the snowboard without adding unnecessary rigidity. K2 offers ICG™ glass in two variations; ICG™ 10 Biax Glass and ICG™ 20 Triax.
Triaxial Glass – A glass laminate with diagonal layers that adds torsional stiffness for increased stability and improved edge hold. The fibers three layers are woven at 45, 45 and 0 degrees. This makes for a more responsive ride longitudinally and torsionally.
Ollie Bar – The Ollie Bar is a totally new approach to adding pop to a snowboard. Built in a pre-loaded cambered shape, it solves the concern that rockered boards don't have the pop that cambered boards have. Strong ollies and pressing power don't come from the tail alone. The backbone center section is actually more critical for smooth, even pressure. You have to try it to believe the pop.

Sidewalls : Hybritech™ – Hybritech™ is the most efficient way to make a snowboard without sacrificing one ounce of performance.
