Our guides asked for it and we built it. New for this season, we designed the Wayback 80 from the ground up to bring K2's legendary downhill performance to a sub-kilo, ultra-light package. Built with our T3 construction using a Ti Spyne and Ultra Lite core, the Wayback 80 is the fast moving, skin track blitzing, performance touring ski you've been looking for.The Wayback 80 is pretty different from the other Wayback skis. It features a more technical construction and a narrower waist which makes it a contender for the top spot of light touring skis. Uphill performance becomes more important than the rest and downhill skiability remains solid.
This ski does not come with bindings. We recommend a pair of bindings
with a brake from 5 up to 10 mm wider than this ski. Please feel free to
contact our customer service if you have a question about binding
compatibility. If you buy skis and bindings together we can mount them for you free of charge.
