P.A.C. SK 9.2 Merino Extra Warm - Ski/Snowboard Socks - Anthracite/Blue

The SK 9.2 Merino Extra Warm of the German brand PAC are super warm and comfortable ski socks made from a blend of Primaloft®, recycled materials and merino wool. These heavyweight socks are made specially for skiing and snowboarding, but also suitable for all winter sports. The SK 9.2 Merino Extra Warm are the warmest and most thick model in the PAC ski collection. Thanks to the Cell Tech technology it offers higher support, stability & comfort to optimize pressure relief. With a left and right fit and an extra flat toe seams, they follow the anatomical curves of the feet. Made from a combination of 41% merino wool, recycled polyamide and Primaloft®, these ski socks ensure optimal thermal insulation even in wet and cold weather and help keep moisture away from the body so that the feet stay as dry as possible. Like all other functional PAC socks, these ski socks are divided into several separate zones and made of different materials, thus ensuring the correct position of the sock relative to the foot and the necessary insulation and protection in each part of the foot. They are manufactured with a sustainable material mix made of recycled ocean waste, recycled PET bottles and mulesing-free Merino wool with silk content, making it highly environmentally friendly. This product is off course available in different colors!

Merino wool is popular all over the world because of its softness, breathability and temperature-regulating properties. It is 100% natural, renewable and biodegradable. Merino wool is naturally antibacterial and absorbs sweat’s odor molecules, which are released only upon washing. Evolved over millions of years to protect sheep better against the elements, Merino wool absorbs UV radiation. Wool’s natural structure makes woolen items exceptionally flame resistant. While cotton, for example, ignites at 255°C, Merino wool will not catch fire until 590°C. All those amazing natural qualities make Merino wool extremely comfortable to wear.




PrimaLoft® is a synthetic fiber which, as a very light, breathable and quick-drying material, has a very high insulating capacity with a small pack size. The synthetic material protects you from the cold and insulates the heat at the same time. PrimaLoft offers softness, lightness, warmth without bulk, as well as water repellency and compressibility like goose down.
