P.A.C. Ocean Upcycling 100% Recycled - Beanie - Brorell

The PAC Ocean Upcycling Beanie is made from 100% recycled ocean waste and with SEAQUAL™ yarn. The beanie is ideal for many different outdoor activities as it wicks away moisture and is therefore comfortable to wear. It is also very breathable and dries quickly. The seams are flat, which reduces the risk of chafing and makes it suitable for sports. The design is casual, with the beanie having a loose fit and slightly falling back. The Ocean Upcycling Beanie is part of the Ocean Upcycling collection of the German brand PAC. With this collection, PAC supports the work of the environmental organization Seaqual to clean the oceans of plastic pollution. This beanie is made from 100% recycled polyester collected from the ocean. Every day, over 400 fishing boats (over 1,500 fishermen) help remove the plastic waste that gets caught in their nets in addition to the fish. They collect them, and then this mass is processed by being cleaned, broken down into granules, and processed into polyester fibers. The Open Upcycling hat is multi-functional, light and breathable. All processing takes place in factories in Germany – the hats are 100% made there, saving a lot of energy resources that are usually wasted in transporting materials between factories.
