K2 Outline Women's snowboard

This is K2 s premier women's snowboard. The K2 Outline Snowboard is made to float through the pow and charge through the chop, dampening vibrations and providing a stable platform while still giving you enough flex to to style it out through the terrain park and off natural features. This versatile, directional board gives you the outline of a rippin' good time on the mountain. It just needs you to fill in the colors. The soul of the Outline is our Rhythm™ Core, which proportionately scales the flex and performance of the snowboard specifically for women snowboarders. We integrated Honeykomb™ technology into the core to reduce board weight while maintaining flex and damping for high speed laps, charging though chop, and landing big time drops. Carbon TorqueForks™ and tip-to-tail carbon stringers transfer energy to the edges of the board for quick response when the terrain gets rowdy, and gives it pop and rebound for precision takeoffs. Our Tweekend™ design creates a smooth and predictable feeling for turn initiation, and keeps the nose of the snowboard floating even on the deepest pow days. We wrap the whole package in ICG™ 10 Biax Fiberglass for superior edge grip on all snow types, and use a durable and hard Sintered 4000 base that holds speed and can take a beating.

Construction : ICG™ Carbon Glass – Integrating tip-to-tail carbon fiber stringers into fiberglass lay-ups ensures a smooth power release in and out of turns while increasing pop, liveliness, and longevity of the snowboard without adding unnecessary rigidity. K2 offers ICG™ glass in two variations; ICG™ 10 Biax Glass and ICG™ 20 Triax.
Biaxial Glass – Smooth all-purpose performance with a no-frills design. Fibers are woven together at 0°and 90°. This makes for a more responsive ride longitudinally and torsionally.
Carbon Torque Forks - Adding carbon that extends from the inserts to the contact point allows for an extra responsive and stable ride.
Honeykomb™ – A urethane-skinned Honeykomb™ additive aids in bonding strength and increases durability.
Core :  Rhythm Core™ – Uniquely shaped and designed to complement the mechanics, geometry, and riding style of female snowboarders.
Sidewalls : Hybritech™ – Hybritech™ is the most efficient way to make a snowboard without sacrificing one ounce of performance. Featuring sidewalls along the running surface that flow into the nose and tail, providing low swing-weight while extending the wood core all the way to the tip of the board for optimized turning initiation and durability.
Flex : Flex Rating –Stiff 7 (1 Soft - 10 Stiff) - A medium flex ensures precise response, yet with enough flex to butter and jib.
