The Phase Mips is K2’s heavy-duty shield against hard-hitters. This hard shell ski helmet is built to last and will carry safety, style, and comfort from season to season with its customizable K2Dialed™ fit system. Active Matrix ventilation allows for climate control with the flip of a switch.Its MIPS system creates a sliding layer between the outer shell and the head. This allows the outer shell of the helmet to have a small range of movement so when your head hits the ground, your helmet will slide to give you more coverage at the point of impact, so the rotational force decreases reducing its ability to damage your brain.
