WHY
The base of a ski or a snowboard will not be forever in the brand new state it was when the item was first bought. Ice and rocks scratch the base and damage the edges of your gear. The ability of a ski or a snowboard to turn or slide is greatly reduced, thus demanding more effort and muscular strain, eventually tiring you out.

Our state of the art machines are used to repair and maintain your skis or snowboard, and restore them to their original good condition. Your bindings must release or hold your boot when they are supposed to. Our experienced personnel will check and adjust this important part of your equipment so that you are always absolutely safe.

WHEN
The service frequency for your equipment depends on the conditions of the snow and the ski run, as well as on your skiing level. Generally, it is suggested that you have your equipment by all means maintained:

- Prior to your first ski outing
- After 5- 6 outings
- At the end of the season
Significant damage to the base and the edges (blades) must be repaired immediately.

Additionally, you can take care of your own equipment by doing the following:

- Clean and dry the base and the edges at the end of every ski day.
- Always use a special wax to protect the base.
- Store your gear in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
- At the end of the season make sure to leave a thick layer of special wax on the base and the edges.
